I have finally arrived at post number five, the last one from Karen + Erik’s off the charts amazing wedding held at The Rock House, in Jamaica. Karen and Erik’s wedding was SO incredibly memorable for SO many incredible reasons! Mostly because Karen and Erik are a special couple who are undeniably in love and obviously have fun together! But also because their friends and family were SO much fun and undeniably connected to both Karen and Erik. Not to mention the absolute eye candy that is the Rock House. Add another two world renowned photographers, Huy Nguyen and Jacklyn Greenberg, to the mix and you just have a recipe for AWESOME! So, here are some shots we took of the two love birds the day after the wedding (with the exception of a few images that were taken the day before on the actual wedding day). Karen and Erik, my sincere thanks for inviting me and entrusting me with your day of days, a heart felt congratulations to you both, and I hope we can work/play together again one day!

I know I’m WAY behind on blogging, but hopefully this post will make up for it! We have arrived at part 4 of Karen + Erik’s amazingly awesome wedding that took place at the jaw dropping Rock House in Jamaica. This post is all about the actual wedding day. After sifting through over 14,000 images captured between myself, Huy Nguyen (who was my second photographer) and Jacklyn Greenberg (who was my assistant/third shooter) I have narrowed it down to just 164 images! I want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who took part in this wedding, Huy, Jacklyn, Karen and Erik and all their friends and family! I’m really proud of this wedding, and feel that it is some of my best work to date. And we still have a day after session to blog after this too. More good stuff coming soon! So please sit back, get comfy and take your time going through Karen + Erik’s wedding day.
Dan, one of Erik’s groomsmen, isn’t afraid of a little rain. Luckily this was the only rain we saw all day. Part 3 of Karen + Erik’s Jamaica wedding is all about the wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. At this point I was joined by my buddy Huy Nguyen to help me out with the rest of the wedding! Thanks Huy!

Here we go with Part 2 of Karen + Erik’s uber awesome Jamaican wedding which took place at the Rock House. This is a smallish post just to give you an idea of the Rock House itself. I took a stroll around the grounds and this is what I saw…

Karen + Erik got married in Jamaica at an AMAZING venue called the Rock House. This is my favorite wedding I have shot to date, and you’ll see why in the coming week or so. I had to split this wedding into a few separate blog posts because there is so much to show you! Part one are some photos I took of Karen, Erik and some of their wedding guests volunteering at The Rock Houses’ Foundation. It’s an amazing library that has been being refurbished since 2003. The kids that greeted us were so vibrant and fun, and it was an honor to see the work done at the library and watch some of the children perform for us as well.
